CCP Course Request Form

Thank you for partnering with Owens Community College! Please complete this form in its entirety. You can submit up to 10 course requests on this form. Please submit a separate form if your total exceeds that amount.

All course requests must be approved by the corresponding academic department. Students must meet all pre- and co-requisite requirements for registration and participation. In accordance with College Credit Plus requirements, high school instructors will be observed in the classroom.
