The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools has approved Owens Community College to offer all of its degree programs via online e-learning delivery. Owens offers more than two hundred online courses that can be applied to numerous on-campus degrees and transferred to other colleges.
Owens also offers complete degree and certificate programs that can be completed online. Click the links below to see a list of available online degrees and certificates. Please note that not all electives are available in online format.
Online Programs and Certificates
If you decide that you are interested in pursuing your education at Owens Community College, one of the first steps you’ll want to take is to fill out the online Owens Admissions Application.
If you are a new student, a returning student who is applying for re-admission or an international student, a $20 fee will be assessed for completing the admissions application. The fee will be charged at the time you register for classes.
After you complete an admissions application, it remains active for one semester. If you do not register for classes during that semester, you may need to re-apply to attend classes the next semester.

Hybrid Programs consist of programs or certificates that have at least 50% of their coursework offered online and students are also required to meet on campus.
