Celebrate first generation college students at Owens Community College with TRIO Student Support Services on Wednesday, November 13.
Held between 10 a.m.-3 p.m. outside the Toledo-area Campus library in College Hall, everyone is encouraged to stop by and celebrate the achievements of first-gen students. Light refreshments and giveaways will be available while supplies last.
A first-generation college student is a student whose parents or guardians did not complete a 4-year degree.
