Associate of Science, General Science Concentration, AS (Owens Code: SGEN)

This concentration is designed to prepare students for transfer to a four-year college or university and is the equivalent of the freshmen and sophomore years of a Bachelor of Science Degree program.

For students who do not have a decided interest in one field of study, the concentration provides a broad knowledge of liberal arts in general while emphasizing mathematics and science.

Liberal arts elective courses give the student the flexibility to choose from a number of transferable courses.
